Bruce J. Lovett, MA, SPHR is the founder and President of HR 911.  HR 911 is a Human Resource consulting firm that provides affirmative action plans and human resource solutions to small and medium sized employers.  Started in 1997 we have clients located throughout the United States.

With many years of senior level human resource and operational experience Mr. Lovett has led all HR functions (employee/labor relations, EEO/AAP, compensation, staffing, training, benefits, communications and safety) in diverse sectors of private industry.  Professional expertise is enhanced by a Master of Arts degree in Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations (now called an MA in Human Resources) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Mr. Lovett also teaches as an adjunct faculty instructor for the St. Francis University, PA's  Master of Human Resources Graduate program
